At Hulken x Posh Peanut, we want you to love your rolling tote; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your rolling tote in its original box with all protective inserts and tags attached to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
